What is your stores return policy? 

All sales are FINAL. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

All of our products are made to order, so once your order is processed we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

How do I know what size I wear?

All of our shirts (accept for our fitted t-shirt collection) now have a unisex fit. The unisex fit is not designed to be baggy, but we do suggest sizing down if you're between sizes or want a more fitted look. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, so please see our size chart info before purchasing! There is a size chart available for each product listing. What's the difference between the regular/unisex t-shirts and the fitted t-shirts?

  • Both t-shirts are super-soft.
  • The unisex/regular t-shirt has a fit that is designed to look great on both men and women. The unisex shirt features a slightly longer body and a more generous cut than our fitted t-shirt. Again, we suggest sizing down if you're between sizes or want a more fitted look. 
  • The fitted t-shirt has a slimmer fit and a shorter body than the unisex t-shirt. It's similar to a junior fit. We usually recommend sizing up if you're between sizes.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic orders:

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days (Mon-Fri) for your item(s) to be made BEFORE shipping. 
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. 
  • We do not offer express shipping 
  • We ship via USPS.

International orders:

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days (Mon-Fri) for your item(s) to be made BEFORE shipping. 
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. 
  • Once an item ships for an international order you should receive it in approximately 3 to 5 weeks (if not sooner). 
  • We can't track international packages once they've left the United States. 
  • We do not offer express shipping 
  • We ship via USPS.

Product Defects or Problems

In the event that there is a product defect or problem with the print quality of the item you receive please email us at dearnaturalista@gmail.com with a picture of the item and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

To be eligible for a resolution, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Wrong Size Ordered

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size. Please see our size chart info before purchasing! There is a size chart available for each shirt. If you have questions email us at dearnaturalista@gmail.com.

Wrong Shipping Address

All orders are shipped to the address as entered at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered merchandise due to address errors. In the event that you enter your shipping address incorrectly, please notify us as soon as possible. We will try our best to correct the address before delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at dearnaturalista@gmail.com.

Replacement items (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, send us an email at dearnaturalista@gmail.com.


Items returned to sender:

In the event that your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
